We had a bad couple of years and needed to get out from under our current mortgage. We ended up in an upside down situation with the house. Well we hired a family friend to list the house. After about 4 months we had no offers and time was closing in. My wife had lost more hours at work. My co worker told to Google the local we buy houses listing. We found Fringe Tree Properties. I have to say the whole process was quick and hassle free. We ended up getting ride of our sinking debt. It was just in time we were close to foreclosure and my wife and I did not want that on our credit. We ended up not only getting rid of our debt.
